ivabradine hydrochloride (5mg) for congenital heart disease

I've now been using ivabradine for 4 months. Initially 5 mg and now 2.5. Really suffering with the side effects, blurred vision/light perception, dizzy, nauseous, muscle pain/acidification and I have also noticed that I am getting increasingly more palpitations. I can hardly do anything active at all. If I do, I get really dizzy and need to sit down straight away before I faint. Also a kind of ...

ivabradine hydrochloride (7,5mg) for cardiac arrhythmia

This medicine only works for arrhythmia when you're at rest. At even mild exertion the problems return. Doctor said that the above makes sense and it only really works if you take it with a beta blocker.
