desogestrel (0,075mg) for acne / spots

So first couple days was fine didnt notice any side affects. After a few days passed suddenly I had an uncontrolable urge to cry at everything, get reeally angry over small things develped acne, put on weight, not from the actual pill itself doing that but it had increased my appetite making me binge eat. None of these where like me. I told my Dr i cannot handle extra hormones but apparently yo...

desogestrel (0,075mg) for contraception / birth control

Had a horrible 2 years on Cerazette. Dr suggested it when my previous pill was discontinued, within a couple of months of starting it husband told me I was being weird, I put it down to other external factors. Put on 2 stone, had no libido whatsoever, and depressive symptoms so bad I was on the verge of seeing the Dr for help, but eventually after a Google of Cerazette found many other reviews ...

desogestrel (0,075mg) for abnormal vaginal blood loss

I am in perimenopause and started suffering with very heavy although regular and painless periods. I was prescribed this after several investigations didn't find anything more serious than a small fibroid. Started taking it on the first day of my period and bled for 11 days instead of the usual 7. Three days later I started bleeding again and bled for another week. I basically bled for the enti...

desogestrel (0,075mg) for contraception / birth control

I first started taking this pill in April 2017, I suffered hot flushes really badly and felt generally unwell, I was getting light bleeding ever 2 -3 week lasting 7-10 days, 60 days after starting to take it, I developed hives, they were quite bad and I was suffering ever day with them,y doctor didn’t think it was caused by cerazette as I had been tAking it for a couple of months before they de...

desogestrel (0,075mg) for contraception / birth control

Because I simply cannot handle external hormones, my doctor prescribed me the mini pill. It's supposed to contain fewer hormones and so cause me fewer problems. To start off with it went pretty well, but then after a week I got my period and it lasted for about 3 weeks, even though I had started taking the pill whilst I was still bleeding. On top of that I have noticed depressive moods and inte...

desogestrel (0,075mg) for menopause

Been bleeding for almost a month now, after 4 months of nothing. I took this pill because of frequent menstruation and cramps. But continuous bleeding is totally miserable! I stopped today! For me this is no answer to menopause symptoms!

desogestrel (0,075mg) for abnormal vaginal blood loss

Cerazette is my last hope. I reacted strongly to the pill, after having my daughter I had a mirena coil but it gave me hormonal migraines and yeast infections, nuvaring had to come out after a week because of terrible itching, painful breasts, nausea. I've been on cerazette for 10 days and for 5 days I've had a yeast infection that just won't go away

desogestrel (0,075mg) for contraception / birth control

I take Celea (the same as Cerazette). I've been taking it for 6 months now. The first few months I didn't have any periods at all. But now, since the end of May, 5 months after starting these tablets, I'm definitely having periods again, sometimes nearly 14 days long. Is this just breakthrough bleeding? or could it be a sign of something more. There is no pain.

desogestrel (0,075mg) for menopause

Taking cerazette since September after my coil was rejected. For the first 3 months I had really bad ongoing blood loss. Then it was better for 3 months but now it's been 24 days and it's literally running down my legs despite using the biggest tampon available! Going to the gynaecologist on Monday where the GP said I should ask for a sonogram.

desogestrel (0,075mg) for contraception / birth control

I've been taking these pills for four months and after the third month I developed terrible insomnia at night, during the day I was really tired and I had a constant headache. On top of this I also lost my appetite and libido. I stopped taking this one day ago and I hope that the side-effects quickly disappear because of how it's affecting my everyday life.

desogestrel (0,075mg) for contraception / birth control

Extreme tiredness, dizziness (so bad that for a while I couldn't even drive my car), weight gain (connected to the tiredness), occasionally nauseous. Frequent yeast infections because of a dry vagina. If I forgot to take a pill, or took it too late, really bad nausea/vomiting. Symptoms just like pregnancy so I have taken four tests in 3 months but they were all negative.
