miconazole nitrate (400MG) for Candidiasis

This capsule is too harsh for vaginal use. The manual says 1 in 10,000 users experience side effects, this is a lie. The burning and itching that comes from using it is just too excessive, unnecessary, the yeast infection was not even that itchy, common. I felt like pulling out my hair, I had to pull out whatever was left of it and then i got a tad bit relief. I will definitely not use the last...

miconazole nitrate (20MG/G) for Candidiasis

I see a lot of people who have had really bad side effects and almost discouraged me from using this but I am about 4 days in and I have not felt any adverse side effects at all I think we all react differently but maybe it depends on how aggressive your infection is? Mine is not so bad as I was taking a round of Fluconazole before this but it was not fully gone away

miconazole nitrate (400MG) for Candidiasis

Jesuusss my insides!! Lying on my back with knees on my chest, need all the air I can get. Went through the first day and dreaded the second day but it's worse. How could this be for the vagina? Irritation, burning, itching, very torturous. Redness turned pink so guess it's working. Need a sleeping tablet for the last one. Definitely a last, sheesh. Glad to know I'm not alone . Won't recommend....

miconazole nitrate (400MG) for Candidiasis

This is the worst side effects I have ever had with any vaginal yeast infection insert. The itching and burning was even worse than my original mild symptoms. I have one taken one, I just need to get through tonight, and I am throwing the other two away. This should not be allowed on the market anyway. Horrible, just horrible.

miconazole nitrate (400MG) for Yeast infection on the skin

I'll definitely recommend this to anyone who needs to treat a yeast infection. I got the pessaries when I got to the point where there was severe itching, burning and swelling. It was so uncomfortable and I needed something to make it stop fast. The first night I inserted the drug the itching and burning got worse but when I woke up I was a bit more comfortable as the symptoms had gone down....

miconazole nitrate (400MG) for Yeast infection on the skin

I know everyone is complaining about the tortorous burn while using it. I guess it is just how it works amd ir depends on how advanced your candida is. My doctor gave me 3 pills to use in one day and I inserted the first one at night. I have to admit it was hell for about two hours- itching and burning. But after it relieved and I fell asleep. I was a bit scared to take it again the mext mornin...

miconazole nitrate (20MG/G) for Urinary tract infection (UTI)

The worse treatment for thrush infection and possibly uti. I was burning once i applied it in my vagina, it also wasn't easy to use. The course of treatment was longer an usual for other medication for the same diagnosis. This treatment was minimum 7 days to 14 days. I have had other treatment that were just a vaginal pessery once or maximum 6 days. I have nothing positive to say about Gyno-Dak...

miconazole nitrate (20MG/G) for Yeast infection on the skin

I was in Antwerp for a conference and the day before the conference I noticed strange discharges so I went to an emergency gynecologist and he prescribed it to me. I needed to be perfect for the conference and reading this website I was very afraid of side effects. But this did not happen, rushes or itches never came and I think this drug is effective ! But yes this was my experience

miconazole nitrate (400mg) for mycosis (vaginal)

I used this for my yeast infection and had absolutely no problem with it at all. I felt a small tingle but was not bothering at all and saw some results after the first night. It really depends on the person and the severity of the infection I guess for there to be side affects, but I would use this again for sure.

miconazole nitrate (1200mg) for Candidiasis

The itching each night took a whole new level. I’m surprised it’s described on the information leaflet as a mild side effect. Am I taking the wrong pessaries then? Is Gyno-daktarin for vaginal yeast infections at all. The itchiness deep within the vagina is tooo much!!! I’m tempted to insert an object and scratch to ease this itchy feeling.

miconazole nitrate (400mg) for mycosis (vaginal)

I have just used one capsule of Gyno Daktarin and I can't possibly imagine how I am going to manage through the night with all this itching and burning. I am writing here just to inform whoever might be in this situation, to take a shower with cool water to relieve the symptoms just for a little bit. But at least now I managed to sit down and type. A few minutes ago I was walking around th...

What a horrible experience!!!! I know results differ from person to person but I would not recommend you even take a chance on this. I used this for a Vaginal yeast infection. miconazole nitrate (400mg) for bacterial infection

This Is the worst vaginal capsule ever. As I type its past 2am and I can't sleep because it feels like I'm on fire down there. The content of this capsule can literally kill a human being, I mean this is my first dose and its this horrible, the manufacturer of this capsule deserves to be sued.

Easy to insert, absolutely no problems with any side effects unlike others have described here. So it really differs from person to person. I haven't quite finished my course yet but I've already noticed an improvement, hopefully it will also stay that way.

miconazole nitrate (400mg) for mycosis (vaginal)

3-tablet course. Insert 1 every evening. That in itself was very easy. But the third night I was so itchy I could hardly sleep. It's day four now and the course has finished and I am fine. The infection seems to have gone so it's done its job. So stick with it, if you're part way through at the mo.

miconazole nitrate (400mg) for mycosis (vaginal)

2 weeks ago I took 1200 mg. Didn't get any (extra) itchiness, it did burn a bit but it was bearable. Unfortunately it's not all gone, there is still some itchiness left. So I've now started on 3 x 400 mg capsules. I was quite happy that I got them again so did it straight away in the morning, totally forgot you're supposed to do it in the evening...luckily I remembered to put a panty liner in. ...

miconazole nitrate (1200mg) for mycosis (vaginal)

I experiences itching and burning, as if I have a UTI (which is concerning). I also had weird cramps, that really made me concerned. Although, they passed within a couple hours. I have been using it for 4 days now and feel little to no relief for the symptoms I had before - in fact, I feel that they may be worse. I find the discharge post product usage intolerable oily, making it my least favou...

miconazole nitrate (400mg) for mycosis (vaginal)

Luckily I haven't had any side effects unlike the many horror stories on here. Only in the morning I noticed that when I get up, it feels like everything's falling out of me. Unfortunately, after having inserted the capsules for 3 nights in a row the infection still hadn't passed. So for me unfortunately it hasn't helped and I'm back to the creams which luckily seem to be working for me!

miconazole nitrate (400mg) for mycosis (vaginal)

Started on 4th Jan. And I read that many women are itchy, which does seem to be true (depends on how much of a problem you've had with the infection) .. but when I had to give a number as to how much itchiness I had had (1 - lots, 10 - none) I had to give it a 3 even though I don't think it was quite so bad. But it did have some kind of side effect afterwards, in that there was a lot of cleanin...

I'm 16 years old and today the GP prescribed me this medicine. Put the capsule in half an hour ago, that was the easy part. But the itchiness now! And it's not going away either, it's really nasty. I seriously hope this stuff works and it's worth the uncomfortable night.

Tonight, for the first time, I've just used a pessary after using salves all week. That didn't work so that's why the pessaries, 3 x 400 mg. Put it in yesterday and about 2:00 a.m. the pain woke me up. Couldn't sleep a wink. But it will be worth it, I thought. The pain was so bad it woke me up, that can't be good. It's still itching worse but the pain isn't yet unbearable.

I do not understand how people can use gyno daktarin!! The itchiness is unbearable. I had the salve on the outside and had to insert another kind of tablet even though I had already told the doctor I couldn't abide that stuff. She told me I still had to use it externally. I stopped at using just the gyno daktarin salve itself. I can't stop scratching.. And can't sleep, just put a wet flannel be...

I'm really happy with these capsules, there was a time when I had infections on a monthly basis and only these little eggs helped. Ok, so the itching increased on the first night but after that there were no more problems. I heard that they've been removed from the market, I hope that's not true because nothing else works for me.

Been coping with itching and irritation for a week. Turns out it's a fungal vaginal infection, for the first time. I got Gyno-Daktarin 1200 mg for it straight away. I spent all day at home studying so I took it as soon as my morning appointment was finished (GP said that would be fine if I wasn't going to be doing much walking anyway) and had no problems with it over the course of the day.
