olanzapine (10mg) for schizoaffective disorder (SAD or SZA)
Eat healthily and keep active. I suffered with a lot of binge eating and more difficulty moving. But it did help with my manic periods

olanzapine (10mg) for depression
This was necessary to start off with but during stable phases this is a horrendous drug. Side effects: weight gain, disruption to my coordination, trembling hands, stiffness, memory loss. After talking to the specialist and to avoid a recurrence of the depression switched to Wellbutrin. Now I'm very happy.
