Eat healthily and keep active. I suffered with a lot of binge eating and more difficulty moving. But it did help with my manic periods

quetiapine fumarate (100mg) for schizoaffective disorder (SAD or SZA)

This drug works really well for me. I take it 3 times a day, the quick-acting version on the following schedule: 2 times 100 mg and then before bed 150 mg. Together with the drug sertraline 50 mg I have been able to get my schizoaffectve disorder well under control. Partly thanks to this medication I have once again found my desire for life. quetiapine fumarate (300mg) for schizoaffective disorder (SAD or SZA)

First of all I had the usual dose 2 x 300 mg. Needed to pee every 15 minutes for 4 hours after taking it. Then I had 2 x 300 mg extended release. Couldn't pee at all and had to go to the emergency GP. Seemed to be urine retention, a side effect of the Seroquel! What a nightmare!! Stopped straight away with the total daily dose of 600 mg. Emergency consultation with the psychiatrist and started ...
