For years and years I had loads of little infections on the nails of my little toes. In the summer I could just paint them at they were gone ;-) Last year all of a sudden I got an infection on my big toe so I had gel nails done. Used: for fungal nail infection After a few weeks total loss of taste, unpleasant taste in my mouth, really nauseous, dizzy, tired, headache. After 7 weeks I've now decided to stop. Hopefully the infection will go away and that this hasn't all been for nothing because at the moment I can't say if it's worked or not. Good luck!

I was prescribed a 2 week course for a fungal infection on my skin. It disappeared like snow in the sun with no side effects. To my amazement, the infection in my nail also began to grow out in the following months. I had tried so many other fruitless remedies to get rid of the nail (eg like Lamisil). with no joy.
