Started on 4th Jan. And I read that many women are itchy, which does seem to be true (depends on how much of a problem you've had with the infection) .. but when I had to give a number as to how much itchiness I had had (1 - lots, 10 - none) I had to give it a 3 even though I don't think it was quite so bad. But it did have some kind of side effect afterwards, in that there was a lot of cleaning to do from all the stuff that came out of the capsule .. so that was my experience to now anyway seems to have been alright.
