About 1 hour after taking, incredible pain throughout my whole upper body. Had no idea what had got into me. Stopped taking the medicine immediately on the advice of the specialist.

celecoxib (200mg) for arthritis

Vertebra infection. First 3 weeks went well. Then it all went to pot. Now I can't walk any where near as much as I used to and when it's really bad I have to use a wheelchair.

celecoxib (100mg) for arthrosis

After taking 100 mg for two weeks this doesn't seem to be enough. Moved up to 200 mg. It was better but in the meantime it had got a lot warmer outside which is better for my joints. After putting on 5 kg, I stopped straight away. I don't want to take this any more, I'd rather cope with the pain than carry around all this extra weight when I think about all the effort I put in to lose 20 kg!
