budesonide (2mg/do) for ulcerative colitis

Had problems with frequent toilet visits since May 2017, up to 8 times a day, then sometimes only once in 3 days, then I experienced significant blood loss which meant I had to see the internist and then after loads of investigations including an endoscopy and an mri scan I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis. I was given asacol 800 mg 4 x a day and budenofalk foam 1 x a day in the evenings b...

budesonide (3mg) for collagenous colitis

After months and months of diarrhoea and investigations, I was diagnosed with collagenous colitis. During that time I lost 10 kg. Body was exhausted. Started on 9mg budenofalk. Diarrhoea improved really quickly but I stayed really tired. Had loads of headache and nausea and now I'm also vomiting. After 3 months the budenofalk was reduced to 6 mg per day. I'm still not in a position to be able t...

budesonide (3mg) for ulcerative colitis

I've had ulcerative colitis for about 10 years now, and I've used Budenofalk capsules for 10 years and they work brilliantly for me. The internist wants me to switch to another medicine but I don't find them as effective for me. I've used different medicines once or twice. I'd much rather stick with Budenofalk.

budesonide (9mg) for ulcerative colitis

Had colitis for 20 years with few inflammations which were easily controlled. Problems since February, first tried salofalk enemas which worked okay, but after it got worse prescribed budenofalk capsules which led to a rapid improvement. Coming off them now, curious to see if it stays away.

budesonide (2,3mg) for ulcerative colitis

Had colitis for 48 years. Earlier I spent 6 weeks every year in the hospital. Not for the past 24 years but only because of these suppositories or clysma. Last week I was given the clysma foam and, as far as I'm concerned, it's heaven on earth. Lots of my medicines have lots of side effects and with this until now nothing. Allergic to lots of medicines so I am incredibly happy. Genuinely heave...
