alitretinoin (30mg) for eczema

After taking this for a few weeks the symptoms just got worse I've got severe chronic eczema on my hands. Medicines helped to control it a little bit. Didn't stop it though. I feel really low, every day from the end of the afternoon all the way through to the evening. Take the tablet at lunch time.

As a podiatrist I have a patient who uses took Toctino. She is now losing the nails on both of her big toes. Could this be a side effect? Has anyone else experienced this?
