perindopril tert-butylamine (2mg) for heart attack
I've been on this medicine for about 9 years now and, as far as I can tell, I haven't had any problems with any side effects.

perindopril tert-butylamine (4mg) for heart failure (HF)
Up to now I have found the side effects very troubling. Sometimes so tired I don't even know myself. I also think I am more breathless and therefore drowsy. Definitely going to the GP for an alternative.
