potassium chloride, sodium chloride, sodium bicarbonate, macrogol 3350 (13,8g) for constipation
Because of problems going to the toilet, the GP gave me movicolon. Dissolve one pack in water every day. I've had a variety of different sorts and brands. Started with one pack a day. Now up to 4 packs a day and sometimes even more. But it's just not working.
