levothyroxine sodium (137ug) for hypothyroidism

Yesterday I went back on to thyrax duotab. I've spent the last year trying to get used to this new medicine. Felt like a year-long overexploitation of my physical body. Switched straight back to Thyrax as soon as I realised that it was back on the market. Back to my old strength dose.

In November 2016 I was diagnosed with an underactive thyroid. So I started on 12.5 mgr, 4 weeks later 25 mg, then later still 50 and 75 and 88 and now I'm on 100 mg. The side effects are just getting worse and worse, head pains, can't concentrate, tiredness, dizziness, when I turn my head to the right, feels like my eyes are still looking left..., so I can't drive my car any more. now on the do...

levothyroxine sodium (75ug) for Graves' disease

On the 2nd or 3rd day of taking this medicine I noticed I was extremely tired. from about 11am I couldn't concentrate any more and couldn't make it through the day. I stopped taking this 5 days ago and I'm slowly beginning to get my energy ba...

levothyroxine sodium (175ug) for hypothyroidism

My 5 year old daughter has put on an incredible amount of weight over the past year on her tummy, legs and face. When I heard that thyrax was back on the market, the penny dropped: this medicine was doing nothing for her. She was increased and increased with no improvement at all. I said straight out that I wanted to go back on thyrax but the endocrinologist had not yet put any one else back on...

levothyroxine sodium (12,5) for hypothyroidism

I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. The doctor started me on a low dose, 12.5 mg to be precise. I am always conscious of what I eat, exercise a lot, etc. but I didn't lose any weight, I actually gained it! So now I hope that this might help me. Anyone else experienced this? And how long does it take for the medicine to start working? Thanks a mill, marlie
