After all the horror stories I had heard, I really did not want to take this. The 1st 3 litres were difficult to get down, but the following day I made the last litre with very cold water (it had been in the fridge overnight) and a squeeze of syrup and it was A LOT easier. Used Klean-Prep for severe constipation. Compared to 2006, the taste of Klean-Prep has really improved. So it was easy to drink. For me, the effectiveness was the biggest plus point. I hope I don't ever have to take this again, but if I do, then I do.
