tenofovir disoproxil fumarate, emtricitabine, rilpivirine hydrochloride (200/245/25mg) for human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)
After taking Truvada + other medicines for two years switched to one pill of Eviplera. I was scared of the side effects but luckily I didn't have any. Never had problems with them. Really annoying that you have to eat when you take it. I often work over lunchtime or simply forget to eat (I know…). In terms of the results it works perfectly.

Medicine works well but it's extremely inconvenient because you have to eat so much with it. I haven't had one single side effect from it. It would be problematic if you didn't have a regular daily routine and didn't eat at set times because of travelling, for example.
