Mild BPH with reduced urinary flow and increased PSA, though not dramatically, led my urologist to suggest I try Combodart. Urinary flow improved significantly almost from one day to the next, more continuous nights of sleep. used terrazosin 10 mg (from 2 to 10 mg) since 1995. On 5 August 2017 switched to Combodart on the advice of the specialist but stopped after 5 days, couldn't hardly pee any more at all. Went to the GP and went back on to terazosin 10 mg + Avodart 0.5. Side effects okay. My prostate is now at psa 9 and on 13 October 2015 after puncture, my Gleason score was 3+3=6.

I’ve used Combodart for over two years without any side effects. When Combodart was temporarily unavailable I had to switch to Tamsulosine. I immediately got problems urinating which have still not disappeared six months after switching back to Combodart. It still is a problem and going to the toilet is getting harder every day!

Had a very enlarged prostate/difficulties passing water, even when I really needed to/sometimes it would take me 10-15 minutes/PSA about 7. Now, after about 7 months use: PSA 1.6. Urinating ok. A world of difference. No libido and occasional mild urinal incontinence. (The medication is incredibly expensive and isn't covered by my health insurance, it's not even partially paid back...)

Used for years, prostate still big but PSA down to 4. Urinating is fine, but when I need to go have to go then. Mild urinary incontinence which I combats with Tena for Men. Unfortunately, now and then, I get very light, runny faecal incontinence. enlarged prostate gland, difficulty urinating, after taking combodart for a few weeks everything was back to normal. The minor irritations are quite easy to cope with. Now it seems that my prostate gland is smaller because of this medication, I don't have to have surgical intervention.
