ethinylestradiol, norgestimate (35ug/0,25mg) for contraception / birth control
I’ve used microgynon 30 for 15 years. No problems at all till October last year. Stabbing pain around my ovaries, feels like the start of a period, belly ache and painful breasts. After seeing my gp I switched pills. Now I am taking cilest since December 2nd. Side effects are painful, tense breasts.

ethinylestradiol, norgestimate (35ug/0,25mg) for irregular menstrual cycle
I'm now 49 years old, so nearly in menopause. My complaints were irregular and heavy menstrual cycle. Luckily examination showed nothing specific, so the advice was ant conception, with a pause now and then to check if I still have a period. Started on the pill most used, which made me rather ill. Tried another which made me very irritable. After that Modicon and Noecon, both were fine but are ...
