Tramadol (50mg) for irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)

Tramadol is a pretty effective painkilling medicine. The first few days light-headed and sleepy. Afterwards calming and takes the pain away. Not totally.

Tramadol (50mg) for arthrosis

The GP prescribed this for various kinds of rheumatism but after taking I had awful stomach cramps and a 'full' feeling near my heart. In short, not really happy with this medicine and of course I have stopped taking it!
