Estradiol (10ug) for mycosis (vaginal)
what a perfect product. First i had synapause E, it had a lot of side effects, irritation and inflammation, localized pain. Vagifem has no side effect and does everything i could have hoped for: not a single complaint, no pain, no irritation and since i started it i have had no more infections.

Estradiol (10 mcg) for lichen planus (LP)
Used progynova for 4 years in connection with the menopause. Developed vulval lichen planus after a vaginal operations. Carried on using progynova until one month ago. Everything was going really well for me, I could take on the world. But decided to stop using progynova because of increased risk of thrombosis/arterial disease. Vagifem makes up for the local hormonal deficiency where the lichen...
