before i started trulicity, i was on novamix 30 at 68 units/day, 2000mg metformin, and 10mg jardiance. i have had type 2 diabetes for 30 years. my glucose was out of control, starting to have major side effects, bmi of 33. after 5 months, my bmi is 26 -- i lost 15kg -- and stopped taking insulin 2 months ago. went from waist size 44 to 38. i feel great, no side effects if you follow the drug gu...

Dulaglutide (1,5mg/ml) for diabetes type 2
I've been taking this for 4 months now and my levels are nice and low. My medication has also been halved. I've gone from 2500mg metformin 200mg uni diamicron to 1000mg metformin and 120mg uni diamicron. Definitely recommended. And totally covered by my health insurance (Belgium).

At the beginning of the week, Monday-Thursday, felt nauseous and sometimes like I was actually going to throw up. Lost my appetite because of it. No desire to eat anything but that's actually quite positive. Lost 2 kilos, hoping for more.

Started taking trulicity 1.5 6 weeks ago after having taken Victoza for 2 years. From the first week onwards I had heartburn and belching, which I still have now. After 2 weeks I noticed another problem, severe (and still ongoing) constipation. I'm thinking about stopping and going back to injecting Victoza every day.
