Desloratadine (2,5mg) for hayfever
Great medicine, does what it needs to. Tiny little blue pill, really easy to swallow. I haven't had any side effects.

Desloratadine (5mg) for allergy
After a few years of inexplicable headaches and symptoms of fatigue I spoke to my daughter, who also took desloratadine, and she said she had the same symptoms. She stopped and the headaches disappeared. I stopped and the headaches disappeared, as did the feeling of pressure inside my head, and the fatigue. I have depressive tendencies and these pressure headaches made the depression worse.

I'm not particularly happy with this medicine. After I've used it I'm really sleepy and can hardly do anything, I just want to sleep.

Desloratadine (5mg) for hemorrhoids
For the second time I got a thick upper lip. Had it before. Pills helped after a day or 2-3 the swelling went down. no side effects. Possible difficulty eating, said the allergy doctor.

Desloratadine (5mg) for itch
Heat rash as a result of using saunas and steam baths. For a month tried everything and more to get rid of the itch. This drug helped immediately after one day and after two days the rash was gone.

Desloratadine (5mg) for hayfever
Luckily the symptoms of red stinging eyes and feverish feeling and sneezing went away with the first tablet, but really bad sleepy feeling when getting up and can't concentrate any more at work so stopped two days ago it did not make me feel good!

i've used loratadine for years: Reasonable effectiveness, no side-effects. On the advice of the doctor started taking DESloratadine. Took one tablet, the result is amazing, all symptoms immediately disappeared, no side-effects. I decided to take this medicine from now on. My daughter takes desloratadine, made by Sandoz. Few problems. Until she started taking desloratadine, made by Glenmark. She complained about pain in her hamstrings. Naturally nothing to do with her medications. Until my father said he didn't want to take the little red things any more. He uses precisely the same medicine and got a lot of pain in his hamstrings. Used Zyrtec (cetrizine) for 26 years. Kidney function deteriorated. Desloradatine (Aerius) since 1 July 2015. Kidney function improved (but it's less effective than Zyrtec).
