Tramadol (100mg/ml) for low back pain

I've had pain in my coccyx for years. I've been using tramadol since 2014 and it works well for the pain. Oxycodone (10mg) for low back pain

I had an operation in October 2016, a posterior lumbar interbody fusion, a serious operation that took 6 hours where they put screws into my back.(retracting the back nerve roots) I've been taking oxycodone for 9 months now, it certainly helps me, it definitely makes the pain go away, you feel really good on it. Until it's worn off. feel sleepy, tired, uncomfortable. so it's addictive.
