estradiol hemihydrate, nomegestrol acetate (1,5/2,5MG) for Premenstrual syndrome (PMS)

I've tried 3 different pills before Zoely and it was hell. Mood swings, nausea, more acne etc. However, i've had no problems with Zoely, especially in terms of mood. My periods are also shorter which is a plus.

citalopram hydrobromide (20mg) for premenstrual syndrome (PMS)

Took just one of these 20mg tablets, took at 9:30pm woke at 01:30 am in an absolute state of panic, (had gone to bed feeling very calm) started hyperventilating, shaking, felt like I had been given a massive dot of adrenaline, made me feel very tearful, did not get back to sleep, left me feeling anxious, tight jaw muscles.
