Citalopram

24/08/2018 | | 39moderated by Philip
citalopram hydrobromide (20mg) for premenstrual syndrome (PMS)

Took just one of these 20mg tablets, took at 9:30pm woke at 01:30 am in an absolute state of panic, (had gone to bed feeling very calm) started hyperventilating, shaking, felt like I had been given a massive dot of adrenaline, made me feel very tearful, did not get back to sleep, left me feeling anxious, tight jaw muscles. Everyone is different and responds differently, but I will definitely not be taking these again, when you feel low and anxious anyway this just amplifies it.
