Ive been using this for almost 3 years and i really notice when i'm using it. I would certainly recommend this, but i wouldn't just take it on a whim.

Mirtazapine (15mg) for obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD)

In 2014/2015 I was suffering from severe anxiety and depression. I took mirtazapine to help me sleep and for my anxiety. it really helped. I was really happy with it. Together with Oxacepam it worked really well to help me sleep and feel calm. Kept exercising too, because that releases the endorphins.

Clomipramine (25mg) for obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD)

Unfortunately haven't had any luck with this, only upsetting side effects which caused the psychiatrist to tell me to stop taking it. Also ineffective for the depression that I have alongside the OCD. I was on 225mg. The worst side effects were the sweating and the weakness (weak when standing up). The other side effects: Dizziness, fatigue, difficulties speaking, excessive sweating, tingling h...
