getting this placed was a piece of cake! had some spotting for the first six weeks, just had my first menstruation and it really helped alleviate the flow. i am very happy!

Medroxyprogesterone (150mg/ml) for irregular menstrual cycle

Because I had irregular periods, the GP gave me the Depo injection. The first two years were fine. Heavenly absence of any periods. The injections were pain-free. Unfortunately after 2 years I really started suffering with stomach cramps and headaches. Also have no desire to have sex any more. For these reasons I decided to stop and switch to the regular pill.
