Desloratadine

desloratadine (5mg) for urticaria

I use the maximum dose for chronic spontaneous urticarial with angioedema (hives). This medicine wasn't sufficient for me. I now take Montelukast as well and once a month I get 2 x 150 mg omalizumab (xolair). But I still need to take the Desloratadine alongside this. The first few days I'm unbelievably tired and have difficulty concentrating. I get the impression that I'm still really tired bec...
