betahistine dihydrochloride (16mg) for Meniere's disease

after 2 severe episodes of dizziness and nausea in May 2012 the GP sent me to the ENT doctor and after extensive investigation it was established that I have Meniere's disease. GP prescribed me 3 x a day betahistine 2HCL Accord. 2 days after I first took it, I had another attack but a lot less severe than the previous ones, now been on it for 6 years and had no more attacks or side effects. betahistine dihydrochloride (16mg) for Meniere's disease

Treatment in connection with attacks of acute deafness and vertigo. Frequency and severity increased. Just begun with medication. Wait and see if it works. No noticeable effect at the moment, apart from the side effects. I need to drive a lot for work. Overall very stressful.
