This helps me to sleep really well. If I'm tired, I fall asleep straight away, otherwise it takes half an hour. I do have negative and life-like dreams, almost every night. During the day I suffer with dizziness and blood pressure is a bit low. I bleed really easily and I lose litres of blood every month during my period. The last one I came off them which was nice and it wasn't too bad. That's when I figured it out. Before my period very sensitive and irritable, crying a lot. And staring eyes. No headaches any more, which I had when I was on Lexapro.
