Nuvaring

7/13/2016 | | 18moderated by Susan
Ethinyl estradiol / etonogestrel (2,7/11,7mg) for contraception / birth control

my daughter couldn't get on with the contraceptive pill, it made her awfully sick every single day. So she switched to the Nuvaring and 1 day after it was fitted just as ill as she was with the pill. Migraine, nauseous and miserable. But this went away after 24 hours. But she has to call in sick one day every month. So now she puts it in, takes some metoclopramide, and 2x exedrin and goes to bed. Hopefully this gets her through the first few hours.
