Escitalopram

Escitalopram (20mg) for anxiety disorder

after a year of health problems, the GP referred me to a psychiatrist: she determined: generalised anxiety. started by taking escitalopram: 5, 10, 15 and now 20 mg. In the meantime I have realised that I only respond properly to tablets from Sandoz and when I get a different one from the pharmacy (the insurer decides what they're prepared to pay for) I don't feel at my best. now I'm paying for it myself and I'm the old happy me again! In the first few weeks I did have a bit of dizziness, a dry mouth and muscle tension.
