Bupropion (150mg) for psychological complaints

In may 2017 I started with Wellbutrin. First 3 weeks I had many side effects. I was very anxious, restless and panicky. My days almost didn't come through. After this, this has declined. Further side effects that remained are: beep in ear, higher heart rate and unrest. After 6 weeks the dose was increased and 6 weeks after this increase I experienced a positive effect. I feel a lot better, don'...

Seroquel

Quetiapine (100mg) for psychological complaints

I've been using this for about 6 years now. At the time this was prescribed for me by the psychiatric ward of a hospital when I was just going round and round in circles (worrying basically) and was feeling suicidal. I can't tell that it does anything but they won't take it off my prescription. At the time my psychological state of mind was such that this should have helped but in the meantime ...

Quetiapine

Quetiapine (100mg) for psychological complaints

Motivation seems to have disappeared. Which has triggered other complaints such as chronic sleepiness, lack of inspiration and decisiveness. Because of this medicine. But because I've been taking this, I don't need clinical intervention any more. I haven't had to have outpatient appointments for years.

Venlafaxine (375mg) for psychological complaints

I've been taking this for a number of years. It does help me but I could do without the side-effects. High blood pressure, excessive sweating, thirst, always warm and difficulty sleeping. I don't know if these will ever stop. But I can't stop taking it.

Paroxetine

Paroxetine (20mg) for psychological complaints

As well as this I take 2 Tavor tablets, active ingredient Lorazepam 1 mg. With this medication I can function reasonably well but I haven't had contact with people for 15 years and I seldom, if ever, come out of my (large) garden. But without this medicine I would absolutely not be able to function.

Risperdal

11/10/2015 | | 24moderated by Charlotte
Risperidone (0,5mg) for psychological complaints

Much too strong. This drug must really work for this illness, for me it was far too strong. I now take Seroquel 800 mg once a day in the evening, which I find 100 times better than 0.5 mg of Risperdal a day (once a day in the evening). There isn't any normal Seroquel XR so Instant Release.

Quetiapine (200mg) for psychological complaints

Top drug 800 mg in the evening, no XR I was much gloomier next day so normal Instant Release, and I sleep like a baby + less dreary next day and less stress for me in this difficult time.
