Clomiphene (50mg) for polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS)

I take 50 mg Clomid on day 3 through 7, it increases the growth of my egg cells. The side effects are really hard to live with.

Drospirenone / ethinyl estradiol (20ug/3mg) for polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS)

Two weeks ago my gynaecologist recommended I start taking the pill because of my irregular periods (PCOS) and depression when I'm on my period (I've had several depressive episodes in the past). Because I am trying to lose weight, Yasmin was recommended. But the last week and a half my nervous symptoms have just got worse. I feel pressure on my chest, spontaneous nausea and sweating.
