Diclofenac

Diclofenac (50mg) for otitis media (ear infection)

Not recommended. The disadvantage, the stomach pain, is terrible. I haven't been able to eat for 2 days because of it. I'd rather have the pain of the infection

Azithromycin

Azithromycin (500mg) for otitis media (ear infection)

I had an evil ear infection so the GP recommended antibiotics and ear drops. After a few days the pressure in my ear lessened and the medicine did help, but I had evil diarrhoea, dark and runny. It looked like a cowpat. The worst thing is that it's still going on. It's now January. So 2 months later and there are still days when I simply need to race to the loo.
