Tramadol (50mg) for broken bone

Because I broke three vertebrae, the GP prescribed me 50 mg Tramadol. The first day I took three tablets and the following morning just one. Then I had severe side effects/allergic reactions. Ibuprofen (600mg) for broken bone

Four days ago I was run over and fractured my knee in several places. I already have a lot of experience with heavy painkillers as a rheumatic. I got a prescription for 2 x 600mg ibuprofen in combination with 4 x 1g Paracetamol, 40mg Pantoprazole and an added daily injection of Fraxiparine.
