Diltiazem (90mg) for atrial fibrillation

I don't know what it is but I have no energy what so ever. The packet leaflet doesn't explain anything about the extra ingredients and what the side effects might be.

Metoprolol (50mg) for atrial fibrillation

I've had loads of problems with heart flutters and atrial fibrillation and was admitted to hospital where my heart rate was returned to normal, as a result I had to take metoprolol which made me really tired and short of breath. After a while my body got used to it and things got better, but I'm still severely restricted in the activities I can manage, after just one day of work I was totally e...

Metoprolol (100mg) for atrial fibrillation

Sotalol

Sotalol (80mg) for atrial fibrillation

Initially I had metoprolol followed by cardioversion. It was successful, but after two days I reverted back to permanent chest fibrillation. As a result I was switched to Solatol because the heart rate wasn't too high and Solatol works more on rhythm. Had another cardioversion and this time it seems to have worked better. Been using this medicine since the beginning of August because of an attack of cardiac fibrillation, since then I've felt pretty unwell, really forgetful and above all at night suffering with odd tingling and muscle spasms, does anyone else have experience with this?

Sotalol

Sotalol (40mg) for atrial fibrillation

In 2001 I had a really bad fibrillation. After that I regularly had them once or twice a year. In November 2015 the attack lasted for a really long time, too long according to the GP. So in consultation with the cardiologist started taking sotalol. Within 1 month I had another attack. And again in July. So I'm not convinced about the effectiveness of this drug. Going to see cardiologist soon.
