Tried loads of painkillers for chronic pain (6 years). Nothing worked but this drug definitely does work for me. All of a sudden I can do things and I'm sleeping better. This is because of less pain overnight but I think it also relaxes me a bit. I have heard from someone that also uses it that she got really restless and unsettled on it. But I've noticed the opposite. It relaxes me without making me drowsy. Luckily there are no other side effects. In the first three weeks it laid heavy on my stomach but that's passed. I take it after I've eaten.
