took orange moviprep for the investigation, I get that we're not all the same, but I didn't have any problems with this. got it all ready in the morning and put it in the fridge for the evening, so it was nice and cold, 0 degrees. In the evening got it ready for the morning, so also 0 degrees. make sure that you're not full, so don't eat or drink a lot, you will need to be thirsty. I did the litre in 4 goes, four glasses of 0.25 cl, downed it in one go and quickly rinsed my mouth with water. You can do it 5 times with 0.2 cl, or 6 times and so on and so on.
