Roaccutane

isotretinoin (20mg) for acne / spots

This is now my third course, the acne on my cheeks and chin was horrendous. The dermatologist gave me 20 mg per day. Visible effect after just 1 month. Got dry lips that I had to moisturise 3 times a day. Also, dry nose and crusty, dry snot. It was really painful and cleaning it led to bleeding. But my spots have gone, just got small red marks. They disappear in the sun after about half a year. Other side effect is that I feel really sad, sensitive, cry at the smallest of things. Feel less happy. Also, forgetful and headaches now and then.
