I was prescribed this medicine by my GP because she'd opened a sebaceous gland in the corner of my mouth and it could get infected. The problem with this medicine is that you need to wait until you can eat and this was really difficult to plan, and I also developed mild diarrhoea during the course of tablets and a vaginal yeast infection afterwards. No other side effects though and I didn't get an infection.
