I was given this medicine in 2012 when it was new to the market. My specialist was keen to keep my heart rate within a specified range after 6 bypasses and open heart surgery. Seems to be working. Only when exercising (rehabilitation) does my heart rate go over what it's supposed to be, which means less oxygen gets to my muscles so I fatigue earlier and over heat. So be careful when exercising!
