zopiclone (7,5mg) for insomnia
I've used zopiclone for a long time for chronic insomnia because of a delayed sleep phase syndrome. To start off with it was excellent, but the sleep problems are chronic and I don't want to have to take these every day because they are addictive and your tolerance increases. All of a sudden I noticed that I had started taking them earlier than necessary and that my memory was failing me. I switched to a lower dose of quetiapine and that seems to be working better for me.
