I have used this plaster once before to stop, back then it took me 1 and a half years to stop! But unfortunately because of something that happened in my life, I started again but now we are taking up the challenge again. Except I forgot how bad the dreams can be when you start on the plasters. Normally you'll dream something and then forget it again but now I dream all night long. And the strangest dreams too. Apart from that no other side effects.
