Crestor

rosuvastatin calcium (10mg) for high cholesterol

I have given my opinion regarding using Crestor (rosuvastatin) prescribed by my cardiologist after severe side effects from sim/atorvastatin. I started using on 20/04. Was on holiday 24/04 when I got severe muscle pain and I couldn't get hold of my doctor. The next day I carried on taking it and had no more problems with it. Perhaps the severe side effects because the atorvastatin hadn't worked its way out of my system yet, but I haven't had any more problems with it. Although I don't yet know how effective it is.
