Dear everyone my experience with Cosmofer is bad. If you have an iron deficiency, please do not start having injections of this brand. I might not be very well informed about this, but after reading about the side effects in the patient information leaflet I was really shocked, this medicine can lead to heart failure! In the meantime I have stopped taking this but as a result I have a really dry mouth, shivers, miserable, metallic taste in my mouth. These problems started just after I was given it and have still not gone away. I hope that there are others who have experienced this who might be able to tell me how much longer it will be until it's completely out of my system.
