Totally agree with this review. It acts very slowly reducing a bit at a time in the bowel. For a guy standing to pee can get released as a sloppy blob instantaneously with no warning and sometimes when nowhere near a toilet. I have been wearing pads for a week now even after I stopped using it. I would rather use a suppository that fixes a gummed up bowel in an hour or so. I'm in New Zealand.
