omeprazole (40mg) for stomach pain

After first being given a milder medicine for stomach problems, the GP prescribed me 40 mg omeprazole. It seems to work well so I got a repeat prescription from the pharmacist and I was given Omecat. After a few days the symptoms all came back and I went back to the pharmacist. I asked and apparently this is what I was entitled to have on my insurance. omeprazole (20mg) for stomach pain

I've been taking omeprazole daily for 5 years now on the advice of the gastroenterologist (my valve is dysfunctional). Very effective medicine without any side effects. It's pretty horrid to have to go through life with acid reflux. .Rennies etc. didn't help. For me this is the only thing that works.
