ciprofloxacin lactate (250mg) for pyelonephritis

My fever started reducing with the first tablet and most of my back pain, but I fell almost straight asleep with tingling hands. After the 3rd tablet I stopped: the side effects were getting worse: continuous feeling of faintness, bizarre muscle pains mostly in my arms and legs to the point that I could no longer stand on my own two feet. Medicine works but terrible side effects: I've got burning sensation all over my body, pain in my hands and feet joints, problems with my lower digestive system, triggered migraine attacks.
