etoricoxib (60mg) for hypersalivation

I have an egg-shaped lump under my skin on my jaw line on the left hand side under the corner of my mouth. It doesn't cause me any problems but it doesn't look very nice. When I press it it hurts and sometimes it seems to get bigger or smaller. Been to the GP and she thinks it's an infected salivary gland, which is why I had ARCOXIA 60 mg for 10 days.
