amitriptyline hydrochloride (25mg) for fibromyalgia (FM or FMS)

20 years ago, I started taking this medicine because I couldn't do anything any more, couldn't walk, couldn't sit, literally nothing. I had a really good experience with this, started on 25 mg per day and I'm now on 75 mg per day. Sometimes I have days where 25 mg is enough. I can function normally and carry on with my daily life.

I take two kinds - long-lasting and short-acting. The long-lasting 2 x a day 20 mg and then the short-acting (when needed) 5 mg. Work brilliantly.
